Bahnhof — Taxi Rank at St. Anton Railway Station
The main taxi rank at St. Anton am Arlberg railway station is directly outside the station exit.
If you arrive by train, you do not need another bus or a long walk into the village. Leave the station building and the taxi rank is immediately outside.
This is particularly convenient when travelling with suitcases, skis, snowboards or children.
If you have booked your taxi in advance, give us your train number. We can coordinate the pickup with your arrival and help with your luggage and ski equipment.
Leaving St. Anton by train?
We also collect you directly from your hotel, chalet or apartment and take you to the station. For early-morning trains, it is best to arrange the pickup in advance.
Rendlbahn Taxi Rank — Look Under the Lift Building
The Rendlbahn taxi rank is directly underneath the Rendlbahn lift building, beside the bus stop and the area used by hotel shuttle buses.
It is one of the easiest taxi ranks in St. Anton to walk past without noticing.
Many hotels operate their own shuttle buses to the ski lifts. When one of these buses is parked in front of the rank, the taxis can be partly hidden — sometimes you can see only the front of the first taxi.
How to find the Rendlbahn taxi rank
Look underneath the Rendlbahn building beside the bus stop and the cigarette vending machine.
The rank is approximately 20 metres from the roundabout and around 50 metres from the western end of the pedestrian zone.
If you are standing at Rendlbahn and cannot immediately see a taxi, look behind the hotel shuttle-bus area.
Galzigbahn Taxi Rank — 17:00 to 19:00
The Galzigbahn taxi rank is directly at the bottom of the ski slope, beside the Galzigbahn ticket office.
It is close to Anton Bar, Sport Alber and Das Bergschlössl Boutiquehotel, making it easy to recognise when you come down from the slopes into the centre of St. Anton.
The Galzigbahn rank has limited hours
This is the exception among the main taxi ranks in St. Anton.
Taxis wait at the Galzigbahn rank from 17:00 to 19:00.

Ostterminal / Nassereinbahn Taxi Rank
If you are at the eastern end of St. Anton, the Ostterminal taxi rank is beside the Nassereinbahn and the bus terminal.
When you leave the Nassereinbahn, walk towards the bus stops. The taxis wait beside the bus terminal, next to the large public day-parking area.
How to recognise it
The taxi rank is:
- beside the Ostterminal bus stops
- opposite the Shell petrol station
- approximately 50 metres from Bäckerei Ruetz
This is a convenient pickup point for guests skiing at Nasserein or staying on the eastern side of St. Anton.

Moos Barrier — Taxi Rank for the Après-Ski Area
The Moos barrier taxi rank is at the junction of Mooserweg and Unterer Mooserweg, beside Hotel Kösslerhof and Haus Steissbach.
It is the main taxi pickup point for the après-ski area above St. Anton and is particularly busy in the late afternoon.
Coming from Krazy Kanguruh, Taps, Arl.One or Kaminstube?
From Krazy Kanguruh, Taps, Arl.One and Kaminstube, you approach the taxi rank via Mooserweg.
Follow the road towards the Moos barrier, where Mooserweg meets Unterer Mooserweg.
Coming from the MooserWirt?
From the MooserWirt, follow Unterer Mooserweg towards the junction at the Moos barrier.
The two approaches meet at the taxi rank.
Taxis can wait here throughout the day, but late afternoon is naturally the busiest time. If you already know approximately when you want to leave après-ski, arranging your taxi in advance can save you waiting during the rush.
St. Christoph am Arlberg Taxi Rank
There is also a taxi rank in St. Christoph am Arlberg, approximately 20 metres from the bus stop.
Coming from St. Anton in the direction of Lech, the taxi rank is on the right-hand side, at the junction between the main road and the road towards the St. Christoph Maienlift.
The same road also leads towards Hotel Maiensee and Hospiz Alm.
The easiest landmark: the underground car park
The taxi rank is beside the entrance to the St. Christoph underground car park.
If you are near the bus stop, walk approximately 20 metres towards the junction and look for the underground garage entrance.
Taxis can wait here throughout the day.

Pickup from the St. Anton Pedestrian Zone
Part of the centre of St. Anton is a pedestrian zone. What decides it is not the address but the luggage: with suitcases we are allowed in and collect you at the door, on the way in as on the way out. With skis alone and no luggage we are not.
If your hotel, apartment or restaurant is inside the Fußgängerzone, tell us the name of the property when you call. If you are travelling with luggage we come to the door; if not, we name the nearest pickup point a car can reach — usually a minute’s walk.
The Rendlbahn taxi rank is around 50 metres from the western end of the pedestrian zone, making it one of the convenient options on that side of the centre.
