What "private" actually means
Every transfer we run is private. That is not an upgrade or a premium tier — it is the only way we work. The vehicle is yours from the airport door to your accommodation door. Nobody else gets in, nobody else gets dropped off first, and the departure time is whenever you walk out of arrivals.
We say this because much of what is sold online as a "transfer" is a shared shuttle: you wait at the airport until the van fills, then visit other resorts before your own. On a two-hour run from Zurich that can add two hours more. The per-person price looks cheap until you multiply it by your group and add the waiting.

The maths nobody shows you
Shared shuttles advertise "from" prices per person. Private transfers are priced per vehicle. To compare them, multiply the per-person price by your group — and remember the shared price usually rises for the dates you actually travel.
A vehicle from Zurich Airport costs €460 for up to three passengers and €490 for four to eight — for the car, not for the seat. So a family of five pays €98 each, and a full car of eight pays €61 — door to door, leaving when you land rather than when a van fills up.
What Is Included in a Private Transfer
The price covers the whole journey rather than the kilometres driven. What separates it from a seat in a shared vehicle is less a list of extras than the fact that the vehicle is yours:
- The vehicle belongs to your groupNobody else travels with you, there is no meeting point, and no stop that is not yours. Up to eight travel in one vehicle; above that we send two, and both arrive at the same door at the same time.
- The departure time is yoursWe track the flight number and collect you when you actually land, rather than at the next departure on a timetable. Sixty minutes of waiting are included, and if the flight is late the pickup moves with it in full.
- Door to door, not stop to stopFrom a name board in the arrivals hall to the front of where you are staying — hotel, chalet or apartment, as far as the road goes. We help with the unloading.
- Luggage, skis and children are planned forSki and board bags ride outside on the rear rack, and child and booster seats are fitted before we collect you. Neither costs extra, and neither becomes a question at the airport.
- The fixed price includes the roadThe road charges and vignettes the route needs are in the price, and so is the tunnel toll where the route goes through the tunnel. The gratuity is optional, and it is the only thing that is not included.

When Something Goes Wrong
Your flight is delayed
Then the pickup moves with it, at no extra cost and without you having to call. We have the flight number from the booking, and we see the actual landing time before you do. This is the one case where private genuinely earns its name: a shared vehicle leaves at the time it was going to leave, with you or without you.
Your flight is cancelled, or you miss a connection
Message us as soon as you have the new flight number — the middle of the night is fine, and a different airport is fine too. If it is still the same journey, it is still the same price. If it becomes a different journey because you were rebooked and land somewhere else, you get that route’s price rather than a penalty.

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup.
And if it is us who cannot make it
We drive these roads all year, but the mountain sometimes decides otherwise. If a journey is going to be held up, you hear it from us before you are left waiting — the evening before where we already know, and otherwise as soon as we do. What we will not do is confirm a time we do not believe in ourselves.
When we would honestly tell you not to book us
If you are one person with a backpack and no skis, the train from Zurich Airport is decent: change at Sargans, and St. Anton has its own station. If you are two people on a tight budget and your flight lands mid-morning on a weekday, a shared shuttle can work — just check what happens if your flight is late and the van has left.
For families, groups, late arrivals and anyone travelling with ski bags, the gap usually closes once the whole cost is added up — the seats, the waiting, and whatever gets you from the last stop to the door. After that it is your decision, not ours.

Is every transfer really private?
Yes. Every transfer we run is private — the vehicle is yours from the airport door to your accommodation. We never combine bookings and nobody else gets in.
Is a private transfer worth it for two people?
Honestly, it depends. Two people on a tight budget landing mid-morning on a weekday can make a shared shuttle work. But if your flight is late, if you have ski bags, or if you want to leave the minute you land, the car wins — and for two it is still door to door with no waiting.
Do you ever combine bookings?
Never. The car is yours alone. No other passengers, no other drop-offs.
Is the driver waiting if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically — you do not need to call or message us.
How many people fit in one car?
Up to 8 passengers with equipment. For bigger groups we send two cars to the same door at the same time.
