The road from Munich to St. Anton
From Munich Airport the route takes the A96 toward Lindau, crosses into Austria past Bregenz, then the A14 up to Bludenz and the S16 Arlberg Schnellstraße to St. Anton. An alternative via Kempten and the Fernpass is used when conditions favour it. Around 225 km and typically around 3h.

The German autobahn section is fast, but the Alpine finish over the Arlberg is the part that counts. Snow on the S16, ice near Bludenz, and possible pass or tunnel closures all call for winter-ready driving. Our 4x4 fleet carries chains and is prepared for altitude — and after 28 years we read the Arlberg weather before it becomes a problem.
Direct to your accommodation
The ski resort runs along one valley, and your address is either east of the centre or west of it. That decides the last five minutes.
East, along the valley floor: Untergand, Gand, Gsör, St. Jakob and Nasserein, each on the side road that runs parallel to the Arlbergstraße. Coming from Munich Airport you reach these first, before the centre.
West and uphill: Stadle, then Mooserkreuz, then the turning to Dengert and Moos, before the road climbs on to St. Christoph.

Skis, snowboards and luggage
Skis and snowboards travel on the rear-door ski rack, outside the cabin — nobody spends the drive with a ski bag across their knees. Ski carriage is free: we charge no equipment supplement the way a shared shuttle does. Boot bags, helmets and suitcases go inside with the rest of the luggage.
Both vehicles: 4x4, winter tyres from November to April, snow chains on board.
