No second terminal, no shuttle between terminals, no train underneath — after five hundred metres of descent and a hundred kilometres of valley, the last two hundred metres are the easiest part of the morning.

Checking in with ski luggage takes longer than checking in without it: oversized bags go in separately. That is what the three hours are for — not the drive itself, which takes about 1h 20min.
